2017 Laelaps Riesling
This delicate dry Riesling has a lemon citrus nose that continues onto the palate. Flavors of citrus, white peach and candied lemon peel persist with just a hint of residual sugar to balance the ribbon of acidity that runs throughout this wine. A bit of skin contact early on added to the rich texture and balance of the wine. Great for your summer aperitif or even better with food!
